(a) Account data: email, password (encrypted, managed by the authentication provider), or data received from Google if you sign in with Google (name, email, profile picture); username, display name, avatar, optional X handle, language.

(b) Game data: calls, points, leagues you created or joined, chosen competitions.

(c) Technical data: IP address and access and security logs generated by the hosting provider's systems.

(d) Suggestions for new competitions sent through the form, with optional email.

Providing the game service, account, leagues and leaderboards (performance of a contract, Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Security, prevention of abuse and fraud, technical logs (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f).

Replying to requests and competition suggestions (legitimate interest / pre-contractual measures).

Legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c).

No use for marketing, advertising profiling or automated decisions with legal effects. Automatic point calculation is part of the game.

Username, avatar, points and leaderboard position; your calls only after the game has started and only to members of the leagues you belong to. Your email is never visible.

Lovable (application hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), Google (only if you choose to sign in with Google).

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. USA): transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data is not sold or transferred to third parties. TheSportsDB provides schedules and results: it receives no user data.

Account and game data until the account is deleted; accounts inactive for more than 24 months are deleted after an email notice; technical logs up to 12 months; competition suggestions up to 12 months. After deletion your calls are removed and leaderboards recalculated.

The service is reserved for people aged at least 14 (Art. 2-quinquies Italian Privacy Code).

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). You can exercise them by writing to hello@buzzercall.com or directly from your profile (export data, delete account). You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Account data is required to play; X handle and avatar are optional.

Any changes will be published on this page with the update date; for significant changes we will notify registered users.
